RETURN POLICY
At InTheWorksBeads we stand behind our products and strive to always deliver as promised. If there is some issue with your order, whether it be wrong item, wrong size, wrong anything. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email or through the contact us page.
All returns must first have Return Authorization prior to returning items. All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and in its original condition. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Other than for missent and/or defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance and must ensure items are packaged safely to avoid damage. InTheWorksBeads is not responsible for lost or damage return shipments. Once returns are received, we will process and issue refund within a week.
The following items can’t be returned unless defective.

- Worn Earring wires
PROCESSING TIME
We ship all orders from our California location Monday to Friday excluding all US holidays. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Priority shipping will get expediated processing.
Priority or Express Orders received before 12pm PST may be eligible for same day shipping.
SHIPPING COST
All domestic orders over $100 are eligible for Free Shipping via USPS. Orders over $250 will be shipped via USPS priority mail. All orders are insured via 3rd party carrier.
UPS and Fedex are generally slightly more reliable and faster. UPS/Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders are charged in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. InTheWorksBeads has no control over these charges, nor can InTheWorksBeads predict what they may be. We do not collect customs or duties. Orders that are returned for non-payment for customs/duties will only have their order amount refunded, not their shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
International customers are STRONGLY encouraged to ship via UPS or Fedex.
USPS First Class International takes between 6 business days to 1 month. This is the least expensive but slowest option.
USPS Priority International Mail usually takes between 5 to 8 business days.
UPS and FedEx International takes between 3 to 6 business days. This will vary depending on differing factors.
Please make sure that the outgoing address is correct as this is what we will use to ship to.
Please provide a phone number so customs can reach out to you if need be for customs (this is important for FedEx and UPS).
