The moment I finished working on one piece for myself, a friend, or a client… something else would inspire me and I’d be back on the bench wrapping wire or fiddling with jumprings. That’s why I named this company InTheWorksBeads.

So as a jewelry maker, I was constantly searching for consistent, high-quality supplies for my pieces. I’d seen my fair share of “925 Sterling Silver findings” that tarnished so badly, they turned my silver cloth blacker than the onyx stone I was pairing them with. Or the new gold-filled chain I bought that turned a repeat client’s skin into a not-so-pretty shade of green (She hadn’t had problems with any of my other gold-filled necklaces).

You’ve probably had your fair share of supplier horror stories.

It’s why I started InTheWorksBeads.
